Even if you have visited the country before, Cycle Sri Lanka offers an excellent way to see it in a completely different way. The ride will take you off the beaten track and beyond the boundaries of a typical tour, wind along rivers and fishing villages, visit ancient temples and see how Sri Lankan people really live!

5. Visit a project
There will be a number of people taking part from all age groups and experiences. The process of making friends, sharing experiences and supporting each other through the trek is an important and unforgettable part of Trek Nepal.

6. Enjoy the peace and quiet
The ride offers the chance to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and job or family commitments. Either cycling with your team mates or on your own, this ride through breathtaking scenery, is a chance to focus on yourself and simply enjoy some peace and quiet.

7. Get fit…or keep fit!
However, you do not need to be superhuman to take part! We will provide you with training support every step of the way, from registration to departure. We will also organise training days and practice rides to help you prepare.

International Childcare Trust is a small dynamic UK registered charity working in direct partnership with local organisations in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Cambodia, Nepal, Sri Lanka and India. We fund high impact targeted projects, managed and staffed by our partner organisations. These projects give deprived children and young people the essentials they need to build a life: shelter, healthcare, education, skills training and companionship.
